GST registration process for Proprietorship & Partnership (Small Business)

GST is the hot topic & the country is really thinking long & hard about how to tackle it. From selling Shoe as a single piece to selling clothes as a separate entity to rumors about various slabs which does not exist at all in whatsapp. As I have already mentioned in another article how GST has hit hard for the small businesses, now it is the time to let you know what to do if you are a small business. Basically, if small businesses are generally two types. 1) Proprietorship 2) Partnership 

So, today we will shed some light on the above though both the process are very simple & you barely need to pay any money for that. So the registration is almost free.

1) Proprietorship: 2 things you have to do if you are coming in this category.

        i) TAN Registration 

If you don't know what is TAN, it stands for Tax Deduction and Collection Account Number. It is a ten digit alphanumeric number that's allotted to those who are supposed to deduct tax at source or TDS. It is very simple, so just do the registration. Click here to do the registration online in Govt. Site by paying the nominal fee around 100 inr. We have done the registration of Indiacrafts by the same process. So click here to check it.

        ii) Aadhaar Udyog Registration

This registration is free & only possible through the aadhaar card only. Remember, if your aadhaar card is not linked with the mobile number then you have to apply it offline, but if your aadhaar card is linked with your mobile number then you can simply do the online registration. The process is also same for the Partnership registration.

Also, note you can do the GST registration in gst.gov.in for FREE. So don't pay any money to any broker.

Friends, I started the registration process for GST on 1st July 2017 & literally it took me almost 19 days to finish it. I was doing the registration as Proprietorship for Indiacrafts . After trying it for almost 50 times then finally I completed the process. What is Indizel ? Is It a Scam ? Detailed About the Company

Hey, This is a very interesting article & i am writing it just for some enlightenment for people. This is my opinion, i may be wrong but i thought i should share it. I heard about this company 5 days back when it appeared in the front page of Oriya Daily. Suddenly i was impressed about what was written there but i thought is it possible ? We (Those were working in the Project) all knew that the price of Diesel (Fossil Fuel) will be definitely lower than the Bio Diesel at least for next 10-15 year as the manufacturing cost of Bio Diesel is way more. So back in 2013 in KIIT University, our calculation was Bio Diesel will cost us around 105 per litter while Diesel was costing somewhere around 50 per litter.
