Peruvian (Peru) Handicrafts are One of the Best in the World like Indian Handicraft : World Handicraft Outlook

Image
Peruvian artisanry ranks possibly amongst the most varied arts and crafts found on Earth. Proof of this stems from the growing network of exporters who each year exhibit the creativity of Peruvian artists on markets in Europe, Asia and North America. The diversity, color, creativity and multiple uses of Peruvian craftwork make it a fundamental activity not just to forge Peru’s identity, but also ensure the survival of thousands of families, and even entire communities such as Sarhua and Quinua in  Ayacucho . These small works of folk art that have sparked the admiration of all and are the legacy of centuries of history imbued with pre-Hispanic forms and symbols, that blending with or surviving alongside other art forms brought over by the Spaniards. It is also found in the bizarre cosmic vision of Shipibo jungle Indian patterns, the fine carvings done in Huamanga stone, the fleeting wonder of the carpets made from flower petals, fireworks and giant wax candles, the complex Baro

Before you read this blog I want to let you know one thing that this article is not for all. It is exclusively for those people who want to get success with YouTube. Another way if you are an optimistic person then this is the article for you, if you are pessimistic then, please stop reading this. YouTube is now world's second-biggest search engine behind Google. There is no secret that Google or YouTube can lead to a lot of traffic to your business but it is very difficult to rank in the first page of Google no matter what you do or how you do. But that is not true for YouTube. YouTube can really lead to a huge traffic with great revenue in a very quick span of time. Also now almost everyone want to watch Videos instead of doing search so that is where you want to be. Now let's come to YouTube, getting success here is not that easy neither that hard. My experience here is somewhat mixed but mostly on the positive side. The first video i have uploaded to youtube

What actually is GST? How it is affecting Buyers & Sellers ?

Image
As we all know it is Goods & Service Tax. Basically it a single tax which replaces various kinds of taxation that was there earlier like VAT (Though VAT is still there for Liquor Items ), CST, EXCISE, SERVICE TAX, etc. So ultimately it a very good thing to have theoretically but the practicality it is bit different. It has impacted both buyer & seller but it has really impacted severely to the small traders & small eCommerce sellers in EBAY or Amazon. See my article below. TAX SLAB Product - 0%, 5%, 12%, 18%, 28% Service - 18% GST IMPACT ON SMALL TRADERS / ECOMMERCE SELLERS From Buyers Prospective, Always no matter whatever the taxation system is the buyer has to carry the burden of it, so see below how it affect a buyer, Leather Items like Bags, mobile cover, laptop bags & other leather items becomes costlier. (GST 28 % SLAB) Service TAX changed from 15% to 18%, so directly or indirectly you will have to pay a lot money for that. eg,

The 80:20 Principle of Life. The Successful business Approach.

Image
What Exactly Is The 80/20 Rule? By the numbers, it means that 80 percent of your outcomes come from 20 percent of your inputs. As Pareto demonstrated with his research this “rule” holds true, in a very rough sense, to an 80/20 ratio, however in many cases the ratio can be a lot higher – 99/1 may be closer to reality. It really doesn’t matter what numbers you apply, the important thing to understand is that in your life there are certain activities you do (your 20 percent) that account for the majority (your 80 percent) of your happiness and outputs. You may have expected me to say that 20 percent of your activities produce 80 percent of your financial rewards, and that is true, there are probably a handful of activities you do each week that produce your income. You can definitely apply the 80/20 Rule to most aspects of your business or working life, however I believe your overall happiness and satisfaction are much better variables to focus on. Money certainly plays an impor

GST is the hot topic & the country is really thinking long & hard about how to tackle it. From selling Shoe as a single piece to selling clothes as a separate entity to rumors about various slabs which does not exist at all in whatsapp. As I have already mentioned in another article how GST has hit hard for the small businesses , now it is the time to let you know what to do if you are a small business. GST IMPACT ON ECOMMERCE SELLERS

Image
GST is a revolutionary tax reform in India since last 200 years & almost the whole country is talking about it. Having said that no one really understands how it actually works & everyone is having their opinion on it. When general people welcome it in open arm, for sellers it is their worst nightmare. We are one of them. Though it is a very good thing for a customer & most of the business, but it actually hit hard towards the eCommerce business Especially for the third party sellers. In the country like India, where third party sellers are really controlling the marketplace it is very difficult for them to adjust to it. With many items' price suddenly hiked because of the new tax slab small sellers are really struggling to cope with it. Either they are changing their product or they have no options but to opt out of the business. Some examples are Tablecloth, handkerchief, socks, college bags, school bags etc. GST made two things very complicated for the eCommerce

The Fly Wheel effect in Business

First time i have heard about it while i was watching a video regarding how Amazon works & the concept really touched me. I thought it is the way modern business should work considering all the uncertainity looming large all around the world. go through it, you will find it very useful. What is it? “The Flywheel” is a very useful analogy for implementing business strategy created by Jim Collins. It describes how driving a new strategy is like getting a huge flywheel into motion. Initially, there is no movement – many people think that the strategy is absurd – it is almost impossible to imagine the flywheel at speed. With great exertion of will, the CEO is able to deliver some results that get the flywheel moving. They appear small and trivial initially, but create the credibility to move to more ambitious results. As more and more results accumulate, more and more people throw their weight behind the wheel and the momentum of the flywheel builds and builds. THE FLYWHEEL CON

Creating a Million Dollar Brand From Scratch (P2) - My Indiacrafts Experience

All the great brands in the world like Coca-Cola, Adidas, Facebook, GOOGLE, have always one thing in common i.e. People trusts on them. We thought at that time to create that trust no matter what once someone knows about us or buys any item from us. Once they trust you they start to like you & slowly they start to love you. So as mentioned in the previous part we took some hard & creative decisions. These are the following Steps how we have created this Brand " INDIACRAFTS " 1) Choose the Right & Non-Branded Product 2) Choose a Familiar Name for your brand & it should be an exclusive one. * 3) Your product should be in the need Catagory not in the Luxury Catagory 4) If you are choosing some product in the Luxury then also make sure to add a need category product 5) Also, register the product in the National & International Marketplaces. 6) Don't just deliver the product, deliver experience with a story 7) Continuously
